1. 7 OBTAIN SITE PERMITS
Each Marmol Radziner Prefab home is pre-approved by the State of California and meets state building requirements. However, you must obtain site-related permits before we begin manufacturing your house to insure that once we complete construction we will be able to install the home where you had planned. Necessary permits include documents from your local jurisdiction approving the construction of your foundation, access to utilities, and the installation of your home at your site. All the required drawings are submitted to your local building department for final approval.

Some local jurisdictions require discretionary approvals, i.e. homeowners’ associations, etc. These would require an additional fee.

For sites outside the state of California, additional time will be required for approval of a Marmol Radziner Prefab home in your state.
  2. Marmol Radziner Prefab is available to help you obtain all site permits.
