4 PLACE ORDER & SIGN PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Now that you’ve established feasibility and designed your house, it’s time to place your order. We will issue you a purchase agreement which is a contract for us to begin production on your new home. We also require a deposit at this time. Once the deposit is received, we will begin to process your Marmol Radziner Prefab house.
Your schedule of payments will be as follows:
10% upon signed purchase agreement
30% prior to material procurement
40% prior to production start and upon local jurisdiction approval
15% upon completion of production, receipt prior to delivery
5% upon completion of final installation on your site
