1. 3 SECURE FINANCING
    Marmol Radziner Prefab homes are factory-built and meet all housing permit requirements. They are not HUD or mobile homes, and they have no attached chassis. Conventional financing from a bank or other mortgage lender is all that’s required. The lender will typically require a set of drawings, which we will provide.
