Are Marmol Radziner Prefab Homes available in my state?

Yes, Marmol Radziner Prefab homes can be built nationwide. We have factory and builder partners around the country to service clients in any state.

Why do I need to establish feasibility for prefab on my site?

We help you determine whether your site can accommodate both the house and its delivery. Each location has unique conditions and topography, as well as varying degrees of access. We can assist you over the phone with the necessary logistical considerations. If your site is more complicated or at a distance, we can have a Marmol Radziner Prefab representative visit the location for a small fee to ensure the smooth delivery of your new home.

Will a representative of MR Prefab visit my site?

Yes, we and/or our building partners will visit your site a number of times as your new home develops. During the architectural design phase, we will visit to determine how best to situate the house on your lot. We will also regularly visit the location throughout the site construction process.

Can you deliver a MR Prefab home to a hillside lot?

Yes, a hillside lot is workable with proper preparation and additional site construction. Depending on the degree of slope, concrete retaining walls may be required to create a level pad for the house. The ideal location is fairly flat for easy delivery and installation. The crane which will lift your modules from the delivery truck to the foundation requires a flat “staging area.” There may be instances where your site is too steep to make it economically feasible for a prefab home. If you have a hillside lot, we recommend you consult with us early in the process.

Addition to my existing home?

Yes, existing home additions are possible and are best accomplished by building a separate prefab structure with a minimal connection point to the existing house through a hallway or a covered deck. Occasionally, it is more efficient to construct the addition via traditional construction techniques to uniquely match the existing conditions.

Adding onto your Marmol Radziner Prefab is easily accomplished due to similarities in construction methods and materials. The addition process becomes even easier when we are able to anticipate future expansion and design accordingly.

Snowy, windy, or marine environments?

Yes, Marmol Radziner Prefab homes are designed for every climate. We work with local building codes to modify our prefab homes to ensure that they function efficiently and safely according to local weather conditions. Every house requires appropriate and individual structural engineering to meet its seasonal site requirements.
