Yes, Marmol Radziner Prefab’s modular system is extremely flexible, so we can design homes in nearly any size or configuration. We take great care to work with your site to maximize the views and possibilities for indoor/outdoor living.

When we design a customized prefab, we create a design contract and work with you to develop a custom prefabricated home specifically suited to your needs and site conditions. Custom designing your prefab home does add time to the schedule, as it requires a more traditional architect-to-client relationship of personalized design consultations.

No, we do not offer the option to purchase a prefab home without the cabinetry installed. The cabinets are integral to both the design and fabrication process and appliances and electrical and plumbing fixtures must be coordinated with the cabinetry. We want to ship you a home that is complete, so we require that we complete this work in our factory.

Yes, we build the covered decks in the factory with the same modules we use for the home. The decks are delivered to the site complete and ready for indoor/outdoor living.

The interior ceilings are generally 8 or 9 feet high. Transportation requirements restrict the total height of the modules in certain areas, but we can usually accommodate ceilings up to 9 feet high.
