Our factory houses our own cabinet and metal shops that produce casework, cabinetry, and custom metal component for contractors and architects. Run by architects, the shops take great care with the craft of executing fine details. CABINET SHOP

MRP Cabinet Shop

We have run our own cabinet shop since 1995 and are one of the few architecture firms in Los Angeles to also design and build furniture, cabinetry, and casework. The shop works in a variety of materials, from solid walnut to reclaimed teak, to create modern, well-crafted casework that contribute to the design of any space. We look to incorporate green materials, such as formaldehyde-free MDF board that is Green Cross-certified for the core for cabinets. Our new CNC milling machine also allows us to quickly and accurately fabricate detailed pieces with minimal waste.

METAL SHOP

MRP Metal Shop

Our metal shop fulfills a range of services, including structural steel, sheet metal, and ornamental metals. The structural steel shop creates structural support for our prefab homes as well as site-built residences. The sheet metal shop creates custom pieces for flashings, roofs, and door pane, with a particular expertise in waterproofing unique conditions. We also do fine detail work, from cabinet pulls to staircases, in metals including stainless steel, iron, and copper.
