ABOUT MARMOL RADZINER PREFAB

Marmol Radziner Prefab offers custom, green modern homes built with prefabricated technologies. Since 1996, we’ve been incorporating prefab modules into large commercial projects. In late 2004, we decided to apply these technologies to a residential project, and in 2005 we completed the Desert House, our sustainable prefab prototype.

We have been building our designs for site-built homes for 20 years. To ensure that even the smallest items were built in the way we wanted and on schedule, we grew our construction staff and created our own cabinet and metal shops. Creating our prefab homes was a natural extension of our holistic approach to building and designing. Managing production ourselves affords us greater control of the quality, details, and scheduling of each project. Plus, consolidating our production process is nice to the environment as it minimizes waste and energy consumption.

Our prefab houses are not kits of parts or panelized systems requiring an outside contractor – they are factory-made modular structures shipped to your site complete with interior and exterior finishes, windows, doors, fixtures, and appliances. Our modular prefab system is flexible, so we can easily customize a Marmol Radziner Prefab home to meet your needs by adjusting the configuration and details. We have two series of standard floor plans available, Skyline and Rincon.

Because of our design/build background, we can act as general contractors and take care of your site preparations, from grading and trenching to foundations and utility infrastructure. We can also design and build your other custom site work, including landscape, carports, pools, and hardscape.
